The video publisher CITEL has acquired from THE BOX DISTRIBUTION the exclusive video rights for French Speaking Territories of the historical collection "When the World Collapses" co-produced and broadcasted on PLANETE (Canal Plus Group).
“When the World collapses” is a new series of 26 episodes of 52 minutes about the main critical events of the world modern history (from 1945 up to the present day).
The series allows French Speaking students to revise their final history exam in high school.
DVDs will be available on May 2010.
The series “When the World Collapses" was produced by Doc Story.

THE BOX DISTRIBUTION has acquired from MUSE DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL INC. the French speaking rights of the mini-series “TALES FROM THE NEVERENDING STORY” (4x90 mins and 13x45 mins). “TALES FROM THE NEVERENDING STORY” is an international co-production between Canada and Germany (Budget: 20 millions of USD) based upon the feature film “THE NEVERENDING STORY”.

THE BOX DISTRIBUTION has acquired from SEVENONE INTERNATIONAL, the programming sales company of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group, the French speaking rights of the first season of the series “THE LAST COP” (13x45 mins). “THE LAST COP” (“DER LETZTE BULLE”) is a German cop series, produced by GRANADA, that will be broadcasted by SAT 1 on the beginning of 2010.

TF1 VIDEO has acquired from THE BOX DISTRIBUTION the French speaking video and VOD rights of the first two seasons of the Spanish series “Fisica o Quimica”.
The first season will be released in video in France on the beginning of 2010.
The tv series “Fisica o Quimica”, successfully broadcasted by NRJ 12 in France and Antena 3 in Spain, has been awarded “Best Tv Series 2009” last week in Spain.
LIBERATION ENTERTAINMENT mandates THE BOX DISTRIBUTION for the terrestrial sales in French speaking European countries of the new animated series “WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN” (26 episodes of 26 minutes). This MARVEL Hero Series is launched at the same time than the feature film “X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE” (To be released in France on April 29, 2009).
TF1 VIDEO has acquired from THE BOX DISTRIBUTION the French speaking video and VOD rights of the new animation series “HELLO KITTY” (“Hello Kitty, the Apple Forest” 26 episodes of 7 minutes produced by SANRIO).
French channel NRJ 12 acquired from THE BOX DISTRIBUTION the first two seasons of Spanish series FISICA O QUIMICA (33 episodes of 45 minutes produced by IDA Y VUELTA). FISICA O QUIMICA has performed some of the highest prime time ratings of ANTENA 3 during year 2008, finally outperforming ratings of series C.S.I. on TELECINCO. A third season is currently in production for a premiere in March 2009.

THE BOX DISTRIBUTION has acquired from TVN the French speaking rights of the series “FACE TO FACE” (12x45 mins). “FACE TO FACE” is a fast-paced crime series that realized outstanding audiences during its premiere in prime time on TVN. A second season can be watched on TVN since September.
ORANGE CINEMA SERIES aquired from THE BOX DISTRIBUTION the series UNDERBELLY (13 episodes of 45 minutes produced by Screentime). UNDERBELLY has performed the highest ratings of NINE in Australia during thirteen consecutive weeks. A second season of UNDERBELLY is currently in production for a broadcast scheduled during the beginning of 2009.
THE BOX DISTRIBUTION has been mandated by ANTENA 3 to distribute in French speaking Europe the new Spanish series FISICA O QUIMICA (33x45mins, produced by Ida y Vuelta). FISICA O QUIMICA (Physics or Chemistry) is a provocative series performing extremely well every week in prime time on Antena 3 since March 2008.
